I just got on whey protein a couple of weeks ago, and I have found that my hair is growing helluva fast. I usually get a haircut every 5 weeks, it's been 20 days since my last haircut and I already need one.

heh, i feel ya bro. i eat about 420-440grams/day of protein.
i have rather thick hair as it is. but i can def. say that it does. infact, i have to get mine cut in the summer less than every 2 weeks, as long as i dont wanna look like John Lennon.
Disclaimer: I do not have any hate against John Lennon, nor any of the Beatles, they kick a$$!!! I however do not care for the hair though.

Here is what I was talking about above.
Whey protein contains alot of Cystein (Amino Acid) . Cystein is a sulfur-containing amino acid that is used to produce karatin. Keratin is what is used by the body to produce body hair. So I am guessing, If you ingest more Cystein it will lead to faster hair growth than if your cystein levels were lower.
Casein doesnt contain eccessive amounts of cystein as whey protein does (if you were wondering).

dude thats a lot of protein. are u sure u use all of that? maybe its the excess that makes hair grow.
thats what i thought as well, but not sure.
if u think about it though, i weigh 210-213lbs. its not that much more than 2X. plus it wont effect insulin levels as much and cause fat storage. just make sure that i drink A LOT of water.

id have to say that its been going great. ive been bulking for about 9-10 months now--gained about 55 or so lbs. with about 5 or 7lbs. being from androgens. probably about 15 or so fat. hasn't been a need to cut-up until now. i think its mainly from adding in milk for some of my P/C/F contents.
