I'm on medicine that's causing me to overeat like crazy. The first three weeks I was on it was a lot worse. It's starting to stabalize now and I know longer have constant cravings, but it's still not optimal. Anyone have advice for weight loss while on meds that cause overeating? Also weight loss during depression? When I'm depressed, I make worse eating choices and use food to medicate.

Unfortunately it really comes down to self-control. I was able to lose about 30lbs a few years back while starting on some anxiety/depression meds. It's not easy, but so worth it

No one here will be giving you advice on your medication. As far as you overeating, the solution is stop overeating. That's it.
