When to re-evaluate macros / calorie goals ?

Little bit confused after 8 weeks in on my fat loss plan , lost 15 pounds so far but noticed within 1 week n a half weight loss has baiscly stopped infact after todays weigh in even put weight on , been lifting consistantly ( currently doing all pro`s begginers routine ) , and definatly eating in a carloic deficit doing IIFYM hitting my current macros and micro needs .... so would it be safe to say that perhaps my macros / calories need updated to current needs?
if not can any one shed light as to why they belive i may be hitting a " plateau" .... only other thing i could think of is as i am pretty much a complete over gym/nutrition begginer i might be experincing fat loss and slight muscle gain together and weight cannot be used as a way to calculate progress ?

any help be much appricaited !

    cheers

keep up the hard work, keep eating good, and keep being conscious, give it some time and you will get there. Things may have slowed down, but wait a month or so, and if you still dont see results, then reevaluate

    3 solutions

    1. same thing that Endureign told you

    2. lower your calorie intake or increase cardio

    3. increase your calorie intake + 200-500/day, to give your body a rest (1-3 week) and after that, start again with a deficit
