    That stinks. Live and learn. At least your not in pain, 2am this morning extreme pains in lower back. Nothin to do with muscles, more of a kidney thing. I have never had kidney stones and I don't think it is that. I think it maybe a kidney infection. I hurt to walk, crazy stuff man. Hopefully I am good for the morning cause it is my day to go, if I don't then Thursday will be next available day for me ro go in. The last 10 days I have been missing out. Timing has not been good. I am going to officially call the last several day my rest week. It is now time to get my grove in the gym back!

    Man, that is rough. Hope it heals!

    I had lower back pain from snowboarding and failing on a 360. I did yoga for 3 weeks 2-3x a week, and it definitely helped. No idea if it will help you, but it didn't helped me. I would definitely suggest it.

    Ok, I felt like a beast today for sure. No gluta-tren yet, but with that, wow, world you better watch out

    Legs/lower back/Abs (hypertrophy) (2-3 minute rest between sets)

    Squats- 1x8x 225, 2x7,225
    Hex bar Deadlift- 1x12x255, 1x10x285, 1x8x285, 1x7x285
    Leg Curl/leg raise 1 set to failure each
    Calf Machine- 3x16x190

    Ab workout
    Stretching

    Definitely good feeling at the gym.

    Weird for sure I am feeling better I think maybe I just a bad reactiOn. I can't think of anything else but I know for sure it wasnt muscles hurting, it was something internal. I have never felt that before

    On kidney pain issues, H2O is under rated on importance for cleaning out the body. Coffee, tea, and sodas do not substitue for drinking clean tap or bottled water.

    Koolaide one summer had me learn this lesson the hardway. Side aches when laying down and just was just an uncomfortable internal pain. A few days after I started the "clean out" I have not had any problems.

    Got my goodies.... ConCret and GLUTA TREN done me up right. Thursday will be day one, can't wait. Opened it up and smells like orangesicle reminds me when I was a kid.

    I wasn't going to push it this morning, still had some pains.

    Ohhh abs I can't wait. Friday will be day one GlutaTren finally. I Gave my wife te choice of either thursday or Friday since I had to work so early, luckily my morning gig for tomorrow was cancelled. So looking good for a friday, Saturday, Sunday. Wife has school on Saturday so that is the only maybe day. I will be having my company picnic, two kids 2&6 by myself at a park doin games and all kinds of stuff should count for cardio hahahaha. And run on sentences.



    CHauboy you have very good timing or no kids. Crazy life I live kids really make one sacrifice time. I love the gym but..... Family happy makes me happy

    Lol, I'm in college. No kids, won't think about kids for another 15 years. (at least that's what I think now)

    The gym is my life. I go every morning, then everything else comes next.

    Ugh, I've been maintaining since last Friday until May 1st, eating at 2500 calories a day. Then will start cutting down again to 2000 calories. I can't get off the reese's lol, I had a box of 72 reeses, down to 10

    Painfully almost gone. (so good, but so bad!)

    Thanks man! This 12 day "maintaining period" is just a little food vacation for me to eat more freely. I still hit the weights hard, but I feel like being a little looser in my diet allows mental clarity and is a stress release. Plus it allows me to eat all the goodies that I normally would not be able to eat during a cut!

    Only 5 days left, 2 reeses packages (4 reeses a day) haha.

    Last time I ate that many reeses, was probably Halloween 1991, and I ate the entire bag that was supposed to be handed out to trick or treater's. Got super sick, and Ive probably ate only 3 reeses cups since then, lol.
