After, I did some random, tricep, back, and shoulder work. Was a little hungover when I got up, but GLUTA-TREN stacked with a sample of BETA-CRET worked that out quck.

I tried a serving of GLUTA-TREN before my training session today on top of my large cup of coffee. I felt really focused and my energy levels kept up for the full two hours I was in the gym.

I just mixed one blue raspberry sample pack of CON-CRET with 2 packs of BETA-CRET (pineapple and lemon lime) with one serving of GLUTA-TREN. All of that went into 10oz of water and it was pretty damn sweet. I almost couldn't drink it because of how sweet it was. Deadlifts will commence in approximately 25-30 minutes so I will check back in later or I will be in the emergency room.

The blue raspberry overpowered all the other flavors. I don't know about other peeps but it seems like BETA-CRET might as well be a thermogenic for me. I wish I would have weighed myself before and after working out, because I think I lost around 3lbs of water weight from all the sweat.

I get the same thermogenic feeling from beta cret. I sweat a ton normally and with this I look like I hopped in the the shower with my clothes on, lol.
