Scoveg13 and I have been selected to log ProMera Sports' Gluta-Tren and Con-cret.
I've been fortunate enough to run a couple of different logs for ProMera (both Beta-cret and Con-cret) and have loved their products. Con-cret has been a staple supp for me for about a year and half now. I'm looking forward to seeing what Gluta-Tren will do for me. It will replace Ice as my intra-workout supp.
A little background on me. I'm an IT project manager by day, and mother and wife by night. I've been training seriously for about 4 years now, though I was an athlete growing up.
In January, I ruptured a disc in my back that had me completely out of the gym for about 6 weeks. The rupture was severe enough to traumatize the sciatic nerve and I have had numbness that runs down my right leg and into my foot ever since the injury occurred. I have noticed recently that I am getting complete feeling back in parts of my foot, so hopefully that will resolve itself soon. I did lose quite a bit of strength in that leg, though, that I haven't gotten back.
So, right now my focus is on recovery. I've had to check my ego and cut my weights way, way back. I've been running a 2-day 5/3/1 split, but I'm thinking about changing things up a bit. Just need to figure out what my goals are now (I had been training for a PL meet).
I also am an advanced green belt in taekwondo. Pre-injury I was training for that 3-4 days per week. I've been easing back into it and am currently at 2 classes per week. I also compete. Last competition I took 1st in forms and 2nd in board breaking. We have a competition this weekend, however I am only doing forms as I don't have the strength to be competitive in board breaking, and I missed a ton of sparring when I was injured and am concerned about injury if I enter that event at this time.
My schedule right now is:
Monday - off
Tuesday - yoga
Wednesday - workout, TKD sometimes
Thursday - TKD
Friday - TKD if I didn't go Weds.
Saturday - TKD if I need to get the 2nd session in
Sunday - workout
I try to do cardio on my non-TKD days, but I'm really not consistent with that. I can tell you that will be changing as I need to shed some of the weight I gained while sitting on my couch feeling sorry for myself while I was injured.
I received my package today and will be starting up next week when I start my new workout program, whatever that may be!

Hey everyone,
Here's a little background of myself!:
Introduction:After a long 7 months of bulking, I am finally ready to shed some much needed fat. I will be following the LeanGains protocol and look to drop around 10-15lbs within the next 12 weeks in time for my vacation. I'm currently entered in the Dymatize Elite 12 Week Challenge as well as the BodyForLife 12 Week Challenge. If I win, great! If not, I'll still be shredded, it's a win-win situation. I'm hoping Gluta-Tren can assist my cut while I drink it intra-workout and preserve all of my hard earned gains!
Rewind a Year Earlier: I started getting into lifting and bodybuilding May 6th, 2011. I had just got home from college and was disgustingly skinny-fat. I was 5'7 160lbs of pure fat essentially and I was embarrassed for my vacation in July. Being the noob that I was I followed MaxOT for about 4 or 5 weeks and didn't lose any weight and was discouraged despite decent strength gains. I decided to follow Kris Gethin's 12 Week Hardcore Trainer that had just been released.
So after 7 weeks of Gethin's and after my vacation, I was scheduled for surgery since I had a deviated sceptum as well as a broken nose from years earlier. Long story short, after 4 botched surgeries from my doctors I was out of the gym for 5 weeks . Goodnight sweet gains. Not really. So I decided to bulk all the way until spring. After surgery I weighed about 137lbs and now currently sit at 166lbs! Some fat was gained but my strength skyrocketed - 360x4 deadlift, 405 deadlift max, 320 max squat etc. If I can cut down to 152-155 lbs I should be around 9-11% bodyfat which is ideal for me.
So essentially I gained around 30 lbs or so, and I'd venture to guess 10-15lbs is muscle and the rest is water and glycogen.
Macros:
On training days I'll do my best to consume - 193g of P/220g of C/40g of F
On non-training days - 193g of P/ 50-60g of C/~40g of F
I'll probably follow these number for the first couple of weeks, and slowly cut carbs from training days as I continue to lose fat.
Routine:
Standard 5 day split with 5/3/1 Deadlift, Squat, and Military Press.
Supplements
I have an obnoxious amount of supplements that I have acquired over the past year
Whey Protein
Gluta-Tren
DS Craze
Shock Therapy and Fast Fuel Free Samples
Modern BCAA
Fish Oil
Multivitamin
Green Tea Pill
Fat Burners (RoxyLean 10 pack sample, Hydroxycut Hardcore by Muscletech 50 servings - Free giveaway, didn't pay for it, and free 70 servings SuperHD - giveaway, I'd never buy a fat-burner)
Creatine Ethyl Ester - debating on using.
My parents own a pharmacy so getting fishoil, multi's ,Green Tea, and WHEY PROTEIN are free!!!
Thanks for reading everyone!I fall off the lifting wagon all the time but I'm still here lol

TKD
back to back 45 minute classes
We ran practically the whole 90 minutes. I wasn't sure I'd make it through the second class considering I've just started re-introducing running after nearly 12 weeks. I had to run through my form in front of the 2nd class since I was one of the few competing on Saturday and I was so tired, it sucked. My brain couldn't sync my arm and leg movements, so I was a little off. Oh well!
No supps tonight. I should have done Beta-cret before, but I forgot in my hurry to get boards for my 7 year old for Saturday.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794

Awesome! What flavor did you get?
I need to start making sure I get to the sparring night classes. I didn't spar until a week before our test last time because of my back. We're almost halfway through the next testing period and I've only gone once or twice. I don't like sparring, but I think it's just because I feel that I suck at it. I have no idea how I match up for my belt level as I've sparred either males (tall males who easily land head shots) or black belts.

My Gluta-Tren came earlier today. I got Wild-Berry and drank a portion of it pre-workout and the rest intra-workout while constantly adding water to it throughout my workout to dilute it as well as to make it last longer.
Initial Thoughts:
This stuff tastes fantastic, one of the best tasting supplements I've ever tasted. Right up there with the flavor of C4. However it is very sweet, but with enough water it's hardly noticeable. Gluta-Tren also mixes perfectly. Few shakes of my bottle and it was perfectly dissolved...no clumps and no grainy texture whatsoever.
Shoulders/Traps/Calves Day: (in lbs)
Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 65x6,65x5,(65x5, 45x6) - last set was a drop-set.
Dumbbell Side Raises - 30x10, 30x8, 30x8
Dumbbell Front Raises - 30x8,30x8, 30x7.5
Upright Rows - 75x10, 75x9 (wrists felt sketchy so I stopped)
Rear Delt Flies on Pec Deck - 150x7, 120x10, 100x12
Dumbbell Shrugs - 95x8, 110x7, 95x7, 80x 8
Calf Raise on Leg Press - 360x25, 360x 29, (360x30, 270x30)
I managed to do all of these sets in less than an hour I'd say...probably around 55 minutes.
I'm cutting so here's my diet for the day:
I fall off the lifting wagon all the time but I'm still here lol

Not supp related, but posting anyway. Had our spring tournament for TKD today. I only did forms and took 1st place (same as last time).
My 7 year old blue belt (yes, he outranks me), Kevin, was entered into all 3 competitions. He did awesome! He took 3rd in forms (he did the best I've ever seen him, but the other kids were just awesome), which is better than the 4th he got last time. He took 1st in board breaking by breaking 5 boards each for his hand and foot techniques, plus he nailed his 1 board specialty kick (1st 2 types are scored based on number of boards broken, specialty is based on difficulty for belt level). And he took 3rd in sparring - his first attempt. VERY proud. He put out a great effort.
My younger brother took 2nd in forms. He ended up against a high purple belt, which is 4 belts higher than we are. The guy has been taking TKD 2 years longer than we have (the other schools have a different belt system). In boards, I actually don't know what place he took. His first break was with his fist and it made a horrendous sound that I heard from a few mats away where I was helping hold for people. As soon as it was done, he came to give me his keys to take his car home as my parents were taking him to get x-rays. He must have really mis-hit because he broke a bone in the palm of his hand from the impact. He's going to get a cast tomorrow. I feel pretty bad for him. He works in IT, so it will be difficult to type. And he just bought his first house and is closing and expecting to move in a couple of weeks. He and I won't be able to help with the heavy lifting.
A couple of pictures. Me getting ready to start my form:
My son after sparring (the one in red on the right - he loves playing with the mouth guard in his mouth):
And, my little man sparring (in red - this is the match he won):
