Progress pics are looking good scoveg. I can't imagine trying to cut on campus, though my recollections are that it is either feast or famine. Great job. Hope you did well on the finals. My boys finished up theirs last week.

Cutting is surprisingly easy actually. I'm following Leangains (8 hr feeding window, 16 hour fasting) and IIFYM. At the start of my cut I was 165.5 lbs, now I'm 154.5 and I'm still setting PR's every week! Finals are going great too, I aced my Criminology final and still have Financial Management, Global Business, Human Resource Management and American Lit 1 but I'm not worried.

    Back and Shoulders Hypertrophy
    Bent-Over Rows Speed Work: 135x3x6 - 65% of 5rm very fast/explosive.
    Rack Chins: BWx12x3
    Dumbbell Rows: 60x10, 60x8, 60x10
    Barbell Shrugs: 225x15, 245x13
    Reverse-Grip Pulldowns: 137x15, 137x15
Machine Shoulder Press (sore shoulders): 90x12, 105x10x2
    Upright Rows: 55x15, 55x12
    Dumbbell Side Lateral Raise: 17.5x20, 17.5x15, 17.5x20

And of course, I took my full scoop of Gluta-Tren intra-workout.

    90 minute class

There are 2 weeks left (well, 1 for me - I have to go to Boston the 21st and 22nd for training). I'm a little bummed because I love the class. But at the same time, I look forward to getting a night back.

No workout yesterday. I've been having trouble sleeping, so I didn't wake up early enough to do it before work. Couldn't go home during lunch because I go volunteer in Kevin's class on Tuesdays. And I didn't get home until after 5 because I had to book my hotel, etc. for training. Will be headed home during lunch to get the workout in. I hope. I have a 2 hour meditation class tonight and I won't have time before or after it.

Same here! I have insomnia every single Tuesday, it's a huge burden. I feel your pain.

Did chest and arms today! Pretty solid workout. I was semi-preoccupied the whole time since I was thinking about all the work I have to do for finals by Friday. Took a scoop and a 1/4 of Gluta-Tren intraworkout.
Interesting thing about Gluta-Tren, I HAVE NOT HAD A BAD WORKOUT SINCE I'VE BEEN TAKING IT. MY WORKOUTS HAVE BEEN STELLAR AND ON POINT 95% OF THE TIME.

    Chest and Arms Hypertrophy

    - Barbell Bench Press: 145x5x6 (speed work)
    - Incline Dumbbell Bench: 55x10,9,9
    - Chest Press: 90x15, 90x15, 100x15
    - Incline Dumbbell Flies: 20x20, 22.5x20

    - EZ Bar Curls: 75x11, 75x9, 75x8
    - Dumbbell Hammer Preacher Curls: 25x12x2
    - Incline Dumbbell Curls: 22.5x12, 22.5x10
    - French Press: 45x12, 55x9, 55x10
    - Close-Grip Ez Bar Bench: 95x15, 95x12
    - Close Grip and Wide Grip Tricep Pulldown: Setting 9x20, 6x20

Awesome chest day Scoveg! Glad that Gluta Tren is helping you recover and get back on track quicker to achieve your goals.

Good looking OHPs Erin. How do the RDLs make your back feel?
The RDLs feel great. I tried SLDLs last week and they didn't feel so hot. I think I need to stick with the RDL - the key is keeping the weight close to my body and keeping the back straight. If I can do that, I don't anticipate any more back issues.

    45 minute class

I was not into class last night. I'm exhausted this week. There is so much going on at work and at home and I'm not sleeping well. And this morning I woke up with a sore throat, so I'm sure that didn't help. Still, got it done. Sparring and all. I'm going to have to watch what I wear out in public this summer. I have bruises all over and I look like a domestic violence victim. lol.

Exactly. At this point I don't care what I do as long as I'm doing something. Honestly, I prefer RDLs over conventional deads and SLDL anyways.

Quick workout - no accessories. I was trying to squeeze it in before my kids came home for Mother's Day. Still feel like crap. No workout or TKD Friday. I had a wicked sore throat that is still lingering. Saturday we rode our bikes to the kids' soccer games. It's about 3 miles each way. Beautiful weekend - felt great to be outside.

    Supps
    1 scoop Beta-cret Extreme 15 minutes pre-wo
    1 scoop Gluta-tren intra-wo
    2 caps Con-cret post-wo

Another solid workout in the books.

Still not feeling great. I have no voice left. This probably makes my husband and kids happy, but it's making my job tough.

    Yoga
    90 minute class

Typically I am able to meditate during the relaxation portion of class. I love it because my brain is constantly in motion and after that I actually have some peace. Last night, I couldn't get there. Had to keep sitting up to keep from coughing.

This morning I have almost no voice. And I have a day full of meetings that I need to lead. Ugh.

    - Seated Leg Curl: 50x20, 50x15, 30x15 (per leg) The leg curl machine in my new gym is weird, doesn't fit my legs properly on the positive portion of the rep. Oh well.
