Progress pics are looking good scoveg. I can't imagine trying to cut on campus, though my recollections are that it is either feast or famine. Great job. Hope you did well on the finals. My boys finished up theirs last week.

Haha thanks man
Cutting is surprisingly easy actually. I'm following Leangains (8 hr feeding window, 16 hour fasting) and IIFYM. At the start of my cut I was 165.5 lbs, now I'm 154.5 and I'm still setting PR's every week! Finals are going great too, I aced my Criminology final and still have Financial Management, Global Business, Human Resource Management and American Lit 1 but I'm not worried.

Yoga
90 minute class
There are 2 weeks left (well, 1 for me - I have to go to Boston the 21st and 22nd for training). I'm a little bummed because I love the class. But at the same time, I look forward to getting a night back.
No workout yesterday. I've been having trouble sleeping, so I didn't wake up early enough to do it before work. Couldn't go home during lunch because I go volunteer in Kevin's class on Tuesdays. And I didn't get home until after 5 because I had to book my hotel, etc. for training. Will be headed home during lunch to get the workout in. I hope. I have a 2 hour meditation class tonight and I won't have time before or after it.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794

Same here! I have insomnia every single Tuesday, it's a huge burden. I feel your pain.
Did chest and arms today! Pretty solid workout. I was semi-preoccupied the whole time since I was thinking about all the work I have to do for finals by Friday. Took a scoop and a 1/4 of Gluta-Tren intraworkout.
Interesting thing about Gluta-Tren, I HAVE NOT HAD A BAD WORKOUT SINCE I'VE BEEN TAKING IT. MY WORKOUTS HAVE BEEN STELLAR AND ON POINT 95% OF THE TIME.

TKD
45 minute class
I was not into class last night. I'm exhausted this week. There is so much going on at work and at home and I'm not sleeping well. And this morning I woke up with a sore throat, so I'm sure that didn't help. Still, got it done. Sparring and all. I'm going to have to watch what I wear out in public this summer. I have bruises all over and I look like a domestic violence victim. lol.
Feels good. How's your recovery coming along?
Exactly. At this point I don't care what I do as long as I'm doing something. Honestly, I prefer RDLs over conventional deads and SLDL anyways.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794

Quick workout - no accessories. I was trying to squeeze it in before my kids came home for Mother's Day. Still feel like crap. No workout or TKD Friday. I had a wicked sore throat that is still lingering. Saturday we rode our bikes to the kids' soccer games. It's about 3 miles each way. Beautiful weekend - felt great to be outside.

Still not feeling great. I have no voice left. This probably makes my husband and kids happy, but it's making my job tough.

Yoga
90 minute class
Typically I am able to meditate during the relaxation portion of class. I love it because my brain is constantly in motion and after that I actually have some peace. Last night, I couldn't get there. Had to keep sitting up to keep from coughing.
This morning I have almost no voice. And I have a day full of meetings that I need to lead. Ugh.
Thanks!
