    Awesome log so far.

I did TaeKwonDo , it is such a interesting sport. I made it to my Brown Belt, I loved sparring and going to competitions. I forgot why I even quit....I was just young I guess.

Scoveg13 you are lucky on getting those supplements free , I would try Charles Poliquins method for fish oils If I had the chance , his athletes use very high doses but always get great results when starting it.

Thanks! My 11 year old was on a Boy Scout trip and missed it. He had a great time, but when he came home and saw the pics and our medals he was a little bummed he missed it!

And I agree about the personal notes. It's one thing to read a journal for inspiration, but I find I get more out of the ones where you get to know the person. You realize you're not the only out there with a crazy life! lol.

My husband says the same thing about quitting! He didn't want to join up when my older son and I did because we did it in April and he wanted to enjoy the summer. By the time winter rolled around, he felt he waited too long and we are too far ahead of him. I'm still working on him! It's much better exercise than I would have guessed from watching my little one in the stands for a few months.

I'm actually just incorporating 5/3/1 into my current 5 day split. Haven't hit any plateau's on it yet so everything seems to working smoothly. Yesterday I did arms while sipping on my Gluta-Tren

    Saturdays Arm Workout:

    Standing Barbell Curl: 100x8, 100x6, 85x8, 85x8
Close Grip EZ Bar Curl: 80x8, 85x8, 85x8
    Preacher Curls: 65x8, 70x8, 75x8
    Reverse Grip Curl: 55x8, 60x8, 60x8
    Skullcrushers: 80x8, 80x8
    Close Grip Bench: 80x8, 80x20
Close Grip Pushdowns: Setting 11x8, 10x8
Wide Grip Pushdowns: Setting 11x8, 10x8
    Reverse Grip Pushdowns: 11x8, 9x8

Wasn't able to accurately log my macros however I'm pretty positive I had about170g of protein, low to moderate fat and moderate carbs. I didn't take my preworkout yesterday before my workout, but I did have a caffeine pill about 4 hours prior to my lift. I've dropped about 8 to 9 lbs in the past 14 days following LeanGains so I'm significantly more vascular and yesterday I had an insane arm pump. I don't know if the Gluta-Tren is responsible for the pump or not but regardless, I had an awesome workout!
I fall off the lifting wagon all the time but I'm still here lol

Could you enlighten me on his dosage for fish oil? I'm actually following his tricep program on my arm day and it's awesome. My arms blew up once I started using his giant sets and designated tempo.

OK, I mentioned in my OP that I was trying to figure out what to do next. I've decided to give Layne Norton's PHAT a try. I took his template and pulled out what I could do with the equipment I have and the limitations I have. Started it today. Ideally, I would like to do my power days on Sat. and Sun. I'm off a day this week as I did NOT feel like working out after spending the day at the tournament yesterday. I'll have to figure out how to get back on track.

    Power Upper
    5 minute warmup on treadmill

    BOR
    45x5x2 warmup
    65x5x3

I may need to find a substitute for these. The weight wasn't heavy for the muscles I was working, but my lower back wasn't exactly happy with it.

    Pullups
    5, 4

    Bench
    2x15 pushups warmup

    105x5x3

I originally had 115 on the bar, but it felt damn heavy when I lifted it off the supports. My husband was out running errands and I was home alone with a 7 year old and an 11 year old, so I decided to scale it back a bit and be safe. I'm not sure I could have gotten 3 sets at 115, so it was a good move.

    Dips
    6, 6

    Standing OHP
    65x10x2
    65x8

    Supps
    2 caps Con-cret 45 minutes pre-wo
    1 scoop Beta-Cret Extreme 15 minutes pre-wo
    1 scoop Gluta-tren intra-wo

OK, I need to do better about coordinating flavors. Blue raz Beta-cret followed by orange cream Gluta-tren wasn't smart. lol. And I have pineapple Con-cret, which I was smart enough not to take! The first 1/4 of the Gluta-tren tasted nasty and I was regretting my flavor choice. But once the blue raz taste was out of my mouth I liked it a lot. As always, my workout felt strong and focused with the Con-cret and Beta-cret. I liked the Gluta-tren as well. First impression is that it matches what I get out of Xtend and Ice.

Sunday and Thursdays are my off days but I will be hitting legs tomorrow at 10:30am. Can't wait to take my Craze, Modern BCAA's and of course my Gluta-Tren! I need to hit 290x3 on my heaviest set of squats tomorrow; I'm confident I will pull it off.

So I just got back from training legs this morning in a completely fasted state. Weighed in this morning at 157.7lbs I've gottenconsiderably leaner since I've started my cut two weeks as of today. Mixed up my leg routine today - tried out the FST-7 Principle as well as doing front squats and stiff-leg deadlifts for the first time as well.

    Legs:
5/3/1 Squats: 235x3 (easy), 260x3, 290x3! (New PR! - last rep was a real grinder but I went ass-to-grass and managed to get it up)
Front Squats: 95x8, 135x8, 145x10 (First time trying this, little awkward at first just balancing the bar so I went extremely light and had impeccable form)
    Leg Press: 680x12x3
Leg Extensions: 110x15x7 (I thought I was going to throw up after these...30-45 second break between sets is painful but I managed to pull it off thanks to the Gluta-Tren)
Stiff_Leg Deadlift: 135x5, 155x10, 185x8 (I went really light on these also just to get the form down. Need to go a lot heavier to feel it more in my hamstrings...as a reference I've maxed 405 on regular DL's so this was insanely light but once again, just trying to figure out the proper form)

Overall I'm very excited about today's leg session. I'm just sad it's over...but at least tomorrow is Chest Day! However I will say this Leg Monday > Chest Monday
I fall off the lifting wagon all the time but I'm still here lol

With the SLDL, you mention trying to hit your hamstrings. If that what you're trying to hit with that lift? SLDL will hit the erector spinae mainly. Romanian deadlifts would hit your hams more.

Thanks! Nope, unassisted on both. I haven't done dips in forever, so I couldn't get a ton of reps in. It will come back soon. I'm psyched about the pullups - I haven't been able to do them since I weighed 20 lbs less.

    Power Lower

    Zercher squats
    85x5x3

These were tough, but I got through them. Going up in weight next week. Not sure if I'll do 5 or 10 pounds.

    OHS
    10x2

Never did these before so I'm just using a broomstick until I'm 100% sure that my form is down.

    RDL
    75x8x3

Again, need to go up. I probably will do 5 lbs to be safe with my back.

    GHR
    6x2

Been a long time on these.

    Supps
    1 scoop Beta-cret Extreme 15 minutes pre-wo
    1 scoop Gluta-tren intra-wo
    2 caps Con-cret immediately post-wo

I had to workout out as soon as I got home and last time I took Beta-cret and Con-cret together my stomach hurt, so I skipped the Con-cret pre-wo and took it post. Again, great focus and strength. The Zerchers were heavy, but I didn't have a problem getting through them and didn't need much rest time.

Had an awesome chest workout this morning! I fee like I haven't lost any strength at all which is really awesome. Haven't weighed myself in a few days and I really don't plan on doing so until next Monday. I've been incorporating HIIT into my workouts recently as well.

    Chest

    Bench Press: 145x3, 155,x3 165x3+4 extra reps (3 rep day on 5/3/1)
    Incline Dumbbell Press: 65x8x2, 65x7 + 40x5 - Drop-set
    Incline Flies: 45x6, 40x8, 40x8, 35x8
    Pec Dec (FST-7): 151x12, 151x10, 138x10, 138x9, 126x9x2, 126x8

And then HIIT immediately after my workout for about 15 minutes.

Side note: Barbell Bench Press has always been a weak point of mine for whatever reason. I've only maxed 200x1 on the bench yet I've gotten 90x3 on incline dumbbell press in each hand. It's very odd. I set my 5/3/1 training max very light so I don't stall on the bench. My goal by the time I graduate college, which is about 25 months from now is to max 315 on the bench, as well squat 405 (AT LEAST - currently 320) and deadlift 495 (AT LEAST - currently 405). Another reason why my bench is pitifully low is because I haven't barbell benched in months, only dumbbell. I've been holding off barbell benching because I'm never satisfied with my form when I do try to bench i.e keep my back arched, digging traps into the bench, etc. I'm expecting 5/3/1 to increase my bench significantly through the upcoming months.
I fall off the lifting wagon all the time but I'm still here lol
