    2 Scoops of Craze?!?

    I just took 2 scoops of craze pre-workout on an empty stomach and now my resting heart rate is at 105 an hour after my workout.

    Wut do?

    not sure what is in it, but most likely either NO, caffeine, and/or similar...

    so, don't do anything? 105 isn't terrible after taking stims. you'll be fine. maybe don't take so much next time if you're worried about it

    If you're that worried though just drink a lot of water, flush it out of your system. But you'll be fine. You are in no way at a "resting" heart rate after working out or taking a lot of caffeine.
