I rewarded myself for the first 50 lbs I lost with a tattoo. I always told myself when I lost 100 lbs I would get a huge rib and chest piece. WOW did I severely underestimate how much weight I would really need to cut. I am 5 lbs away from the 100 goal and I am still getting a tattoo as that has been a reward in my mind and a little extra motivation. It is now going to be a leg piece, but still a Phoenix (reborn). I know a lot of us struggle at times and I thought maybe my ink reward idea would be the extra motivation that maybe someone else could do. I still want the rib piece so my next ink reward will be when I have abs and it will be the "NEVER" in script (as in never going back and for all the times I heard I would never lose weight or never have visible abs).
