Hello guys and girls,
I've been doing a bit of research of Hany Rambod' FST-7 training method.
For those who don't know, FST-7 is basically completing 7 sets of your last exercise with little rest (30-45 seconds) and stretching the facia in between, allowing more nutrient rich blood to get into the muscle.
What is everyone's thoughts on this?
I am not claiming to be an expert on any of this.
I am here to learn and grow as I'm sure, many of you are.

Plenty of "nutrient rich blood" is already getting into your muscles---even while you're asleep. There might be an advantage of such 'pump' workouts if you were not natty. No further discussion in this direction can be taken on this website.
That said, by all means, give it a go if you like; just about anything will work for a while. No brain, no gain.
"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon
