Following this guide will get you a chick like this

JKing, but it will make you look less creepy when you're in the background of a photo checking out the ass of a 10/10

Not going to include anything clothing, because lets face it, everyone SHOULD have their own style. INB4 this is ****gy/metrosexual, not a single fuk will be given, no jimmies will be rustled.



1. Crest 3D White Whitestrips
Any crest whitestrips will work, but the 3D ones are suppose to whiten faster. Lets face it, a pearly white smile is attractive. Even if you have fuked up teeth, white teeth will offset that to a degree. You can also use those trays with the peroxide gel, but I wouldn't go past 21% concentration. Everyone (Especially on here) seems to think that more is better, but its not. Most dentists don't hand out more than 21% because of fear of enamel loss. Personally I would listen to the guy who makes knowing teeth his living.



2. Olay Regenerist MicroDermabrasion and Peel Kit
Forget all those stupid exfoliation things, this is gold. Your skin will be smooth as can be and even. After using this, everything else is a waste of time and money. Other stuff is too harsh or not harsh enough to get results, this product is just right.



3. Sea Breeze Deep-Clean Astringent
Pour this stuff onto a cotton ball and apply to face. Will remove a ton of dirt and shrink pores. Lets face it, large pores are fugly. Do not wash off.



4. Pure Emu Oil
This stuff is pricey, but works wonders. Use this on your face as a mositurizer (After #3). It will mositurizer and even your skin tone and never cause acne like lotions do. It's also been proven to regrow hair and fade stretch marks. I personally had hair regrowth with it, so its true. I use to put it on my hair every night and then sleep on a towel. Even if you don't have regrowth it brings back dry hair and makes it smooth and shinny. I have had chicks stop during sex and admire my hair for how soft and smooth it is (srs).



5. Nioxin Shampoo/Conditioner
Expensive but works wonders. Much better than that 99 cent V05 crap you've been using. Not only does this shampoo not dry out your hair (Like 90% of shampoo under $8 does), it makes your hair appear thicker. Must have for thinning hair guys/gals. I personally use it because its quality.



6. Vaseline Coca Butter Lotion
Since emu oil is too expensive to use as a body moisturizer, this stuff is what you want. Makes your skin glow and never dry. Apply after shower.



7. European Gold Sweet Brown Dark Tanning Lotion
This stuff is $8 (Well under the $50+ for other tanning lotions) and worth every cent if you tan. Prevents dry skin and gives you a way more even tan.


Other honorable mentions:

• Coconut oil - Like emu oil for hair, but cheaper. No regrowth
• Clean & Clear Facial Cleaner Morning Burst - Gets all the dirt off your face, making you look better and preventing acne. Also has a plus of making your face feel more "awake" in the morning.

I would, the only problem I've seen (my mom used the women's one), is she got puffy eyes. So she stopped and accepted at 60 its time for her hair to go bye.

Yes I do. Which is why I started caring about all this stuff. Mostly due to the side effects of medicines. Coconut oil does cause acne though if you get on skin, due to clogging pores. I use Emu and Coconut oil on my hair. There was a guy on here who posted his hair growth results using the 2 a few years ago (He awared me to using it).
