Unless you're fat as fuk to begin with, 2-3 months is enough for a decent cut with the right drugs/aas/diet. Though it really is kind of late indeed.

From his avi he has next to no muscle. So in essence, he doesn't have the right amount of base muscle mass to have the "cut" look. He is just going to end up skinny fat.
