    Timing Issues!!

Ok so I know to most this will probably seem stupid, but i have OCD so its hard for me.

Im used to doing EVERYTHINg at the SAME time EVERYDAY. i wake up at 8 and sleep an midnight.i go to gym 1030 every day. i eat at 830,1030,1230,330,630,930 everyday. My old job even schedulded me pretty much same times each day.

Thing is i lost my job and i got a new one, however i am unsure about the hours. Im pretty sure it wont be as consistent as my other job was. like my biggest fear is what if i have to work late one day then early the next? will changing the times of training and eating and sleeping have a negative impact on me? how do some of you guys with hectic schedules manage? like what if i have to work out at 10pm one night then 10 am the next morning?

You have just described the lifestyle of most busy lifters...
Your last job was a luxury and now you will have to cope with the potential for the unknown.

The best thing to do is set up a new routine where you train first thing in the morning. That way, no matter what the new job throws at you each day, you have peace of mind that the training is complete so you can go home after work feeling in control.

meal timing is largely irrelevant, main thing is hit your macros
The difference between the impossible and the possible lies in a man's determination
