Tried out Bang Muay Thai today...



Man the instructor there is so nice and top notch. His combos really work with my style of movement. Traditional Muay Thai I've always found a bit rigid.

I also tried Austin Kickboxing Academy but I felt the instruction was too rigid, too many rules, etc lol.
