Any good chicken recipes?

a majority of the chicken i eat is boneless skinless thighs on the grill. brush on some bbq sauce near the end of grilling. not too exciting. chicken breasts are just way too boring for me so i eat a lot of thighs.

once in a while i eat chicken tacos on corn tortillas(i prefer uncooked tortillaland brand and i cook them). i use this recipe for the seasoning. http://kitchenscoop.com/recipes/copy...ipotle-chicken it has nice flavor to it.

making pork chops tonight. i started craving shake n bake the other day for some reason. haven't eaten that chit in decades. anyway, some food intolerance prohibit me from eating that so I made my own based on this recipe with substitutions. http://cincyshopper.com/copycat-shake-n-bake-recipe/ pretty fukin excited about it.

I have sleep apnea and sometimes puts me into a heavy sleep. I've had a few dreams about Brock lesnar that I could not help. If it were up to me I'd never have any dreams about anything when I sleep.

I am on meds and have a therapy session once every 2 weeks.
