I wish DB flyes were a main movement of 5/3/1, otherwise I'd be doing them since they're gnarly as ****.

please show a picture of the actual area im guessing you mean where the head of the humerus connects into the glenoid fossa.

Wendler says you can do the program with alternate exercises, may do it with weighted dips for chest.

I would have said to the two that have been arguing with you the most that they need to post thier pics first before you subject yourself to their opinion.. They seem like they have not trained in a M/A before and can't imagine someone showing up to a match under 10% b/f without being on roids.

yeah my makeshift team probably wont beat you this week. i got desperate and picked up the steelers d to see if they got me a ton of points against kansas

Like I said, I got lucky with the schedule. We'll see what happens.
Honestly after that 2008 Misc League where I was in 6th or so the entire season then came in at the end to win it taught me that anything can happen. I still like being number one though.

being as good as i am in this league is a change of pace for my other league. i have 3 wins in that one. so desperate for a win i put in the whole miami offense because they are playing Tennessee lol
not the whole but, tanahill, bush, and thomas.
