Question Exercise for upper inner chest

Hey guys, like a lot of us I'm noticing my upper chest is lacking. I do incline barbell press and go heavy and incline dumbbell flies but I'm looking for an exercise that is really going to hit that inside part of my upper chest to make it look more full and give me a but if "cleavage" if u like lmao!

Any ideas guys? Any tips or advise will be massively appreciated!

Although just looking at your stats... your issue has nothing to do with exercise selection and/or form and everythign to do with a lack of mass.

    Thumbs up

Cheers guys! I'll have a read through now and will start incorporating cables as well to keep the tension! I know i have no mass, I'm a skinny guy and am trying to bulk but have only been training seriously about 6 weeks now, it's just out of all the improvements I've seen my upper chest seems to be lacking behind - wanna hit it in the head before I got some ****ed up imbalances chest!

As above, just keep working to add overall mass. Just about everyone has at least one body part that lags behind the others. The only solution is consistent work over time.

Cool Idea for upper inner chest

The best way to hit that upper inner part is by getting on a smith machine and using close underhand grip and a short seated bench (shoulder press bench) do presses as if your doing two armed upper cuts. I know it sounds wierd and may be awkward for you at 1st but I guarantee you that you will be seriously soar the next day or have DOMS the day after the next. If you don't understand, please feel free to reply and I will try and elaborate.
