Caprica - Oh sweet! I own a LAB!
I'm about 176 this morning.
Picked up some Molson Canadian Sublime which is a 67 calorie beer with lemon & lime flavor.
In doors it kinda tastes like ass but out in the hot sun it's very refreshing.
I drank more beer than water this weekend.
I felt like a dehydrated bloated pig this morning.
Back on EC & IF starting today.
So since I go on vacation July 18th i'm going to cut hard until then. Except next Sat, got a thing to attend.
My back barely twinges so i'm going to ease into circuit training tonight & try to walk dog every night.
See if I can purge this water weight & some fat before I leave.
I'm looking at 1200 cals net daily with a refeed that Sat.
When I get back i'm going back to cutting & not stopping until i've got abs.

After a ton of sodium yesterday I was up almost 4 lbs today.. LOLwut? That never happens to me! I think yesterday's weigh in I was dehydrated, which is also rare. I'll flush my system today. Today is back day at the gym. My glutes are still a bit sore from Friday. LOL. I'm hoping to try for a PR in deadlift today.

1200 NET.
which means about 1500-1600 cals & cardio + lifting.
Considering my desk job I need 1200 cals for 2lbs a week fat loss.
I don't lose muscle on this or get fatigued either.
If I do manual labor outside I adjust for it.
HAHA! do you leave sacrificial cardboard boxes for you dog to chew up when you are gone for the day?
Mine literally pulled the steel bars off her crate.
I have a proper Veri-kennel and I need to make a solid door for it.
Or I might take some chain link fence I have & use it in the kitchen door-way.
Not much for her to destroy in there.
She suffers from separation anxiety.

I walk him twice a day, if I don't he gets destructive and eats the mail/ pillows/ the frickin stairs carpet/ all the pockets out of my coats.
Ah, 1200 calories NET, I've never seen it displayed like that before. Even so, I couldn't do that, I tried 1700 calories for a week and it felt like a struggle all day, every day. I started to fantasize about doughnuts!
Then I was talking to someone who cut on 2700 calories and he said he just kept more active on a cut and managed to eat more, so I've been doing this and IF and it's makes managing my hunger easier.1k+

So some good news to report today. #1.. Back session was good today. Hit a PR on T-bar rows and DEADLIFTS.. Both were modest PR's, but I was stuck for a while on that deadlift # as I keep trying to get back to it, I would tweak my back and have to deload.
2nd bit of good news is I got a promotion to management. :/ Its gonna be interesting, but got to do it.Aug of 2010 - 330 lbs <--- Never Forget

Only if itʻs very fresh. If youʻve never tried it that way, or paʻeʻai style (freshly pounded taro, no water added), then you donʻt know the good stuff.
Race this week was okay. Our turns SUCKED, so we lost time. Weʻre rallied back, but not enough to win points. Our club will be going to the Waikiki Invitational, but none of my crews made it.Kristin "Never mind your failures today...get back on that horse and RIDE!"

I think It was my onboard video causing the problem because I was projecting it on my 46 inch tv and it was too much for it because later it froze on linux. I did however find a way to install my old geforce 9800gt 512 so I think if i go back windows 8 would be fine since linux was after the switch. On another note I felt like listening to metallica tonight. I gotta say I dont like the old songs on the best of but I do like the enter sandman album I used to play that alot. Any fans here??? Oh I think ive been doing pretty good with my calories lately and ive had pretty good daily burns of 2400 to 2500 calories not doing much at all.

Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

G'morning.
126.5 lbs waking weight. I tried to lighten the load by peeing and removing my ace bandage, lol... still 126.5 lbs
I lol'd. Perfect :\
Ahh. I see. In college I brought a treat back from 1ndia and gave some to my roommate. I absolutely loved it, but as she sampled it she said, "it just gets worse and worse." Just a few more days and I'll be going kayaking, M!

My weight was 186 today... I am sore today from my heavy deads yesterday. I love how heavy deads really make you sore on your entire posterior chain. I love the fact I am gaining strength and size, but I hate my stomach is getting too fluffy. Its a delicate balance. I did do 35 minutes today of cardio, and tomorrow I am going to take the day off from the gym.

i switched from pure IIFYM to a lean gains approach(maintenance during lift days, 500 cal deficit on off days) and my weight has gone down slowly but i feel like the fat loss is still here
it needs to be said once you get into lower BF% the protein macro really needs to be SKY high. you cant get away with 1g per pound BW anymore, it needs to be like 1.2+
i havent been as active posting on bb.com due to personal circumstances but i still come in to see everyone's progress, its good to see everyone fighting hard, before you know it youll be there
