No need do all the back up weights, but you can certainly jump right in! Just PM the OP.
It was carb heaven for me yesterday. I am not sad about it because it was delicious and worth the tastes in my mouth. lol! Today I will be practicing with the men's crew. My ass will be handed to me for sure since they go at least 10 miles during practice. It does not help that I did the JNL circuit workout on Tuesday with weights and my glutes/hammies are still screaming.Kristin "Never mind your failures today...get back on that horse and RIDE!"

Good point! I am up 2 lbs in 2 days. Guess what, some July 4th tequila, some sodium enriched grilled sausages and hamburgers, potato salad, baked beans to name a few. First time in 7 months I blew my diet for a day. First time I have seen the scale go up in 7 months as well. Ate some of the leftovers yesterday. My sodium intake was through the roof compared to normal. Bet I am holding water. Back to eating normal today with lots of water and my guess is the 2 pounds will drop right off by my usual Sunday weigh in and measuring tape party. No panic here...yet...lol

Didnt get a chance to weigh in on Tuesday, but I checked Thursday and was 156.2 lbs Been a good past two weeks for the cut. I do see a flash of the abs, but I'm deciding to cap off at 155 lbs when I reach that, and maintain the rest of July. A bulk probably in August.
A month overdue with the goals but I can live with that!

I've had a couple of times like that ... I just keep on trucking. Weighing every day's a bane to my existence, really.
So, because I have an impending surgery coming up, I haven't really been paying attention to my diet, and have been pretty much maintaining. I think what I'm going to do, is continue on this path, and if I hit 200lbs, then awesome. If not, well, then not. But after surgery I'll be on it 150%, as I won't be able to hit the gym. It'll be a month of cutting like no other.
I've never been in any rush for things, and sometimes I lose sight of what I'm doing. This is motivational enough for me to get everything back in order.Proud member of Team Ogre

Im kinda excited. I ordered a new pc a quad core I7 desktop computer with the 2600k processor @ 3.4 per core 3.80 turbo speed with hyper threading technology. People have over clocked these pcs to 5.2 per core with very reasonably priced cooling options. My pc only cost $574 shipped custom built with a windows 7 64 bit cd with coa in hand to install again should i need to. Three things I want to add to this pc is a noctua NH-D14 cpu cooler and high speed silent fans and a solid state hard drive for just the operating system for 18 second pc boot ups and faster read write speeds. Im adding in a geforce video card I had from a previous pc a geforce 9800gt which has 512 video ram with hd outs which ill propably run to my 46 inch hd tv again using a dvi to hdmi cable pretty much just so i can run movies on the big screen from the pc. I also have a bluray reader drive i can put in from another pc and an external dvd writer I have too.

Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

^ Congrats on breaking out of the 300s!
For some context, I haven't been out in public in a regular bathing suit in years. On a trip to Cancun a few years ago, I wore a t-shirt and a pair of men's swimming trunks, lol. I was there with family so it wasn't like I had anyone to impress anyway. Side note - there was so much chafing!! Doesn't the inner mesh bother you guys? I had to cut it out.
I saw a fierce (beautiful) wolf, five forlorn bears, and one high out of his mind. Somebody had to do something.
...
I hope everyone is ok out there. I pm'd Nitro on Tuesday - 126.5 lbs, I believe, and Friday I weighed in at 126 lbs.

To Caprica - Compression shorts + board Shorts = zero mesh chaffing.
Board Shorts - compression shorts = What hasbeenseen.jpg LOL!
178! LOL!
But I had cake thursday & a bunch of brownies friday.
For some reason baked goods makes me hold water like a sponge.
My back is feeling much much better.
Today i'm going to try doing some work outside (moving some rocks) & see how that goes plus take the dog (who pulls me almost all of 3 miles) for a walk when the sun goes down.
Also going back on EC & IF for the next two weeks before I go on vacation to see if I can get under 168 before I drink myself stupider & stuff my belly for my 5 days on the lake.
Last yr I gained 12lbs in those 5 days.
Time to see if I can do better.
Oh and spreadsheet updated.

well i tried windows 8 on my new pc. It seems my motherboard maker has some file updating to do to get it to work on windows 8 because my pc kept locking up on it. Im using linux mint 12 right now though and no problems what so ever.

Both my sons suffer this. The mesh cut out sometimes helps, and sometimes doesnʻt. I wish they could do compression shorts, but that may create more problems for them. The amount of sand that comes out of their shorts is incredible. Body surfing the shorebreak will do that.
Iʻm feeling good. Still 130, despite my 4th of July gorge. Iʻm feeling stronger, too, as a whole. I need to keep increasing my cardio capacity, though. Iʻm still dreaming of the long distance outrigger paddling season. Not sure itʻll happen for me, but holy cow do I want to do it. Regatta tomorrow. All day on the West side--beautiful open ocean and white sandy beach.Kristin "Never mind your failures today...get back on that horse and RIDE!"

Still grinding away... back down to 183 today. Skipped gym yesterday due to road trip to take son home, but gym today. Only did chest today. Considering I've only had 7 hours of sleep in 2 days, my workout was pretty decent. Hit a PR on pec flyes (machine) on my 2nd set. 280*4. Also, I've been working with db's instead of BBs. Really like the range of motion it gives me. So I did.. Incline bb, incline db, incline smith, and pec flyes. My chest is still woefully underdeveloped. Got to keep hitting it twice per week for a while. Its growing, slowly. Damn bodybuilding take time. LOL.

doing those dumbell presses 1 arm at a time rotating each arm will add a good amount of strength to your bench press over time. Try it.

Duly noted! I’ve since “graduated” to women's boardshorts and a tankini top.
- Survey results from Klooff (an iphone app) were in the news last week.
The top dog breeds to attract women were:
5. French Bulldogs
4. Siberian Huskies
3. Labrador Retrievers
2. Golden Retrievers
1. German Shepherds
The top dog breeds to attract men were:
5. Beagles
4. Poodles
3. Chihuahuas
2. Labrador Retrievers
1. Golden Retrievers
I hope that happens, too! And sheesh on the mesh... Random - do you like poi? Blech.start where you are

I hear ya man, same here. After having man boobies for so long, I didn't think I'd want any form of a chest back at all.
Good birthday weekend meaning bad eating and drinking. God last night was a sh*tshow to say the least. Nitro, why do I torture myself? Boxed wine tour de Franzia. AGAIN. and now boxed wine, never again.
Actually worked out today too. Weighed in at 157.0 lbs. Thank God I lost all that fat before turning 20, could not have cleaned up my act at a better time. Love college.

What's up everyone? Hope you all had a good 4th!
My home PC screwed up the day I got off work for vacation and I haven't been able to get online since. That's why I missed the weigh-in. After 5 full months cutting and working out 4-5 days a week I decided to take the week off so I doubted I lost any weight. I'm kind of worried about weighing in tomorrow because I've probably gained. :/~DSC~

I'm still on Phinx for my laptop.
Might go to Slitaz or TinyCore with the E-17 desktop or LXD based PClinuxOS & install E-17 (Enlightenment). I like how lightweight it is.
Problem with Slitaz and Tinycore is it's so stripped down I have to configure my network connection manually which is annoying because I have to use the command prompt to do that.
