Hey all... been kinda absent this past week. Totally have lost my focus. Diet wise I've been eating like crap and drinking too much. Still keeping up my lifting but haven't done any cardio for 2 weeks. I think the stress of moving and getting things ready is getting to me. I've totally been avoiding the scale. Just thought I'd check in... lot of posting going on.
Hey welcome back ajm!
Nice new avi steff.. is that your DL on the back of your phone?
I swear, this cut I've been totally overdoing the carbs. I think I'm up over my starting weight. I think I should try eating at maintenance for a while
Dude! Awesome change man! Keep it up!!Journal -> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=143348913

Haha, it is!! I have a really bad habit of losing it (lost 4 times just last year) so i put it in the back of my phone since I'd never lose that! So far it's been a great idea for me even though it kind of shows how often I get carded which probably isn't as good, but whatev

I can't add much to what has already been said, but awesome job everyone! I had a fairly clean weekend and weighed in at 205.6 this morning!
One issue I have been experiencing for the past couple weeks is that when I do my protien shake, it makes me nausous (sp?) until I eat something else. I've never had this happen before. It's ON gold standard choc mixed with 12 oz of 1% or skim milk. Has anyone experienced anything similar? I think I will try a different brand when my tub runs out.Chuck Norris is so fast, he can start a fire by rubbing two ice cubes together.

Posted this in another thread and people seem keen so thought I would share with you guys as well:
Homemade Protein Bars:
Makes 12 or 18 depending on how you divide the batch
Ingredients:
1 Pot Peanut Butter (I use natural crunchy no added sugar/salt etc) £2
50g Dark Choc (sainsburys no added sugar, can use whatever) £0.50p
120g Honey £0.35
200g Oats £0.30
160g Whey protein (I use unflavoured) £1.22
100g Sultanas £0.25
50g Linseed/flax seed £.40
50g Sunflower seeds or crushed nuts £0.40
100ml water
Total cost: £5.50 approx
Per bar: 12 = 46p, 18 = 31p
1. Measure and mix dry ingredients (oats, whey, nuts, seeds, raisins) in bowl
2. Break up chocolate in to small pieces and put in SEPARATE microwave safe mixing bowl
3. Add PB and honey to chocolate
4. Melt honey choc and pb in microwave approx 1 1/2 mins (until liquid like)
5. Add dry ingredients to PB mixture
6. Mix with hands until looks like crumbs
7. Add water gradually and mix until mixture starts to get sticky and no dry mix at bottom of bowl (will look brownish)
8. Put in roasting tray/oblong cake tin and push down to make flat

Good luck, jehutyzone123!
Great job, guys!!
125 lbs today. I can’t believe it...
In anticipation of today I ate lunch and small a snack at home before attending a huge annual street fair on Sunday. The only food I purchased - one medium multiberry smoothie that was mostly berries and crushed ice... it was soo refreshing... And now I know I made the right choice. No food can make me feel as good as I feel right now.

I've been pretty sick since Friday of last week. I didn't hit the gym, but stayed at home and ate more than I should.
I went to my appointment on Monday and turns out I have a bad sinus infection and upper respiratory infection.
I lost almost a full pound though, which was suprising.
I am feeling a bit better today, hopefully I can start hitting the gym within the next couple of days.
Keep Motivated!

No more easy weight loss for me - I've only lost like 2 pounds in the last 25 days.
Ever since I started this gay ass german volume training I'm not losing any weight.. I just get DOMS instead.
I think I've gain some muscle on my legs but these damn moobs got more lives than the cat that came back the very next day.
