This thread is primarily for motivational purposes.
We got a good group here with a lot of helpful people so come join us.
I just need weights PM'd Every TUESDAY starting May 1st.
What I don't need is:
Pictures or measurments.
But feel free to post them yourselves.

Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

In. I'm on the slow and steady road after losing the bulk of my weight a few years ago... Just trying to get leaner in a way that's sustainable for me.
My present weight/bf percent is a pretty good upper limit for me and I'm hoping to stay under my present stats for the rest of my life, barring any major life altering events.
