Just got back from the store and bought some fresh talipia (first time with fresh and not already seasoned). How's everyone like to make talipia and what do you make it with?! I just put it in a pan with butter spray, seasoning and lemon. Wasn't bad at all but looking for some different ideas!

I pan cook mine with olive oil and lemon, let it cool. Mix Lemonaise, relish and pistachios and add tilapia. Stuff into pita or roll in a sheet of lavash.

I like to sprinkle on garlic salt and add a few slices of lemon. Wrap it all up in tin foil and bake for about 20 mins on 375.

I use Olive Oil and Creole seasoning, Or Everglades Seasoning, Fish tacos are the **** especially with some mozzarella and hummus, or bake with some Panko bread crums and parmesan cheese.

I like mine blackened. Blackening seasoning + olive oil in a sautée pan.
