If you havn't tried baking your brownies with black beans instead of flour, here's a recipe I make quite often. Quick, easy and really tasty. Don't worry about the black beans, nobody would notice.

Here's a copy paste of my recipe from myfitnesspal with macros and everything.

For the whole batch : Cal : 685 Carbs:87 Fat:8 Protein:71

Clic - Isa - Haricots Noire, 1 container
Mutant - triple chocolate explosion Whey Protein, 1.5 scoop
Selection - Cacao, 3 tbsp
Splenda (Canadian) - Granulated Cup, 1 cup
Egg Whites - Egg Whites, 3 Egg Whites
Vanilla extract 1 Tbs

Use a can of black beans ( around a 1$ for 15-19oz). Rinse them in water and put them in a food processor with all the other ingredients. Blend until it everything is mixed well. Pour into a greased/use cooking spray brownie/cake pan. Bake at 350 Farenheit for about 20 minutes. Depending on your oven, they should still be gooey (how I like mine) around the 20 minute mark. Adjust cooking time to reflect how you prefer them.

You could also add chocolate chips, peanut butter or almost anything to the mix, the recipe is highly customizable.
