My left shoulder is kinda dysfunctional so in always paranoid about developing bigger muscles on right side lol.

Kinda sucks being human sometimes. How come lions can be great at what they do but when it comes to muscles on humans they don't grow the same...thanks God.

Every human being has imbalances. It shouldn't be hard to figure out that when you get guys this big and muscular that the imbalances would be even more prelevant and noticeable then your average joe lifter. People bring up the imbalances (arms for example, not torn) as if it should effect that person's placing. I facepalm every time.

My right arm and leg are very much the dominate side. So I do more reps with both left arm and left quad.

I would think coleman was the most unbalanced pro ever, I mean a huge imbalance in his lower body with quads far too big for calves, terrible assymetry in his back between his left and right lats and traps and this is the guy who people say is the goat HAHAHAHA.

Also symmetry requires an actual ****ton of biologic effort, so many cells need to mirror each other that good symmetry is seen as a sign of good biological health.

After 10+ years of competitive tennis (right handed), now I have a left side significantly bigger than the right one.
Talk about overtraining!
