Ground beef + eggs + worschestershire + desired spices + a bit of oil.
Make two skinny patties and put gorgonzola in between them. Grill or Fry em up. Top with desired cheese, bacon.
Put in bowl with spinach, pickles, real sauerkraut, mustard and some no-sugar ketchup.
Its got everything you need, high quality proteins, veggies, fermented food and delicious taste.
