The whole tray of this chocolate brownie/cake has about 10g of carbs with some good fat and protein..
Ingredients;
Olive oil
1 tbs Carb free baking powder
3 tbs Carb free sweetner
Half of a 600 ml coconut milk can (100ml has 2g carbs)
2 tbs cocoa
1.5 scoop of protein powder
I used my blender to mix it up and threw it in the oven to bake it for about 20-25 minutes
Great source of protein, fat and little bit of carbs to maintain your keto diet
Hope you guys enjoy it

this was outstanding. Its all healthy fats too coming from olive oil and dark chocolate. Do you think it would be okay to eat this several times a week on keto?

The entire one i made ( with 50 gs 99% dark chocolate and high fat coconut milk) contained:
cals 1160
Protein-49.25
Fat-97.13
carbs-15.2
I split this in half with my buddy and ate it as a meal. Great for keto as main source of fats is olive oil and coconuts.

It depends on how much carb you want to take daily. I supply my carbs only with this cake every day I just found out what's needed to make a cake, went to superstore and got all the recipes as much carb free as I could and gave it a try. I'm not really pro at this keto diet. Only been on it for 3 weeks..
I'm glad you liked it

I tried this recipe today and it wouldn't cook thru. It was way too mushy. I'm not a cook or a baker..so I added too much milk maybe or oil?
