skinny guy with big butt...

hey i'm a skinny guy , i'm 17 , 5'8 - 5'9 and weigh 132lbs. underweight and very skinny upper body but i store a lot of fat in my butt.. chicken legs too. its doent look right. my lower body looks like a girl.

i have not done any serious cardio in a 2 years and i cant play any sports because i'm embarrased by it. i always had a skinny /normal butt however i started gaining fat in butt since last year. its come to a point where i can no longer take it. i cant find pants that fit me. i'm very conscious .

i just joined a gym recently so i can find a solution to this. i got a free assessment by one of the trainers. the personal trainers rates are too high and i cant afford it .. i dont kknow how to use the machine or perform exercises. i heard that squats really help burn off fat but i'm scared i'm might injure myself cause i dont know how to do it .. PLEASE HELP

If you cut bf%, your butt will get small, if you do though, everything else will get smaller.

I suggest bulking up and hopefully you look more proportioned.

what is the cause of this big butt? is it because i didnt do any serious cardio for 2 years?
and what do you suggest about doing squats? did you guys get help doing squats as beginners?

lol I have that too and had it for as long as you can remember. my grandma has a gigantic butt so I probably got it from her, and my uncles have dem strong glutes too. it's probably genetic.


just bulk up everything, it should even out with your body after a while. you'll always have a big butt unless you get shredded though

I'm 5'6" and I weight 168 pounds. I'm a track runner with scholarship offers. I've had a big butt since I was born. When I was born I weighed 9 pounds 11 oz. Doc's say my muscles are more developed. A big butt is not bad. I just do 3 sets of 10 running up and down steps everyday except on Saturday and Sunday. If you get tired do this. Run up and down hard for 5 times and take a break or run up and down hard 10 times and take a 2 minutes break.

Lol, the misc always has a hard time believing it's possible to have a genetically big angus. It is.

I remember in 3rd grade, just out of nowhere, my butt got HUGE. It's stayed with me ever since. I even went borderline anorexic in middle school because I was so self conscious about it. Butt stayed the same. Nowdays, whenever I raise my cal intake or cut, literally the only thing that changes is my butt. That's where all the excess calories go. My mom had a big butt and so does my sister, and I guess by a fluke I received their feminine butt gene. I don't let it bother me too much nowdays. But zero butt is more attractive than a butt, always is. Anyone woman who says otherwise is already attracted to a guy who has the butt regardless.

I for one...I am in the army...instead of gaining the body I want...I got a slimmer upper figure but my butt resuming it's size ...sticks out. Showing my butt size...which I am embarrassed to wear shorts...I tend to show off a female appearances on the lower part of body...what do i do...??? am 6'1" and 189 lbs.. and am nineteen ..this is embarrassing for me...in civilian clothing
