Dymatize Recoup has 7.2g per serving.
Some days I have 3-4 servings. I love the way it tastes and drink these during softball tournaments. Is there such thing as too much BCAA? Just want to be sure.

Ok. I also consume 2 scoops of Dymatize Elite Iso and 2 Scoops Ultimate Nutrion Iso Wheat.
The most I have of a BCAA drink is 4 servings a day. And I dont care about the cost. They taste better than plain water and aren't loaded with the crap as sports drinks. Water, Recoup, and RecoverPro are all I drink daily.

Ive gone up to 50grams bcaa's (recoverpro) daily. They are more important on a hard cut and studies done back in the 90s showed a lot of bcaa's added muscle. (like 30 grams or so)
they are a must getting ready for a show in my opinionDisclaimer: The above post is my personal opinion and does not represent the official position of any company or entity. It does not constitute medical advice.

honestly it just depends man, during my off-season when i'm taking in a good amount of good clean food i only take bcaa's about twice a day and it's usually pre and post workout. during my contest prep, i up that to 4-5 times daily. in the am, pre and post and before bed. i feel this routine helps me maintain muscle tissue during a restricted cutting diet. i know some people who take it way more than me but i feel this is what works best for me. try different protocols and see what works for you.

Ok. Well I am on a cut, however, it is not exactly clean. I meet my macros and am on a high protein low fat diet. I am at about 1700 calories a day net. I train 4 days a week on weights and 3 days a week cardio (softball, biking, spinning, etc.). So what I am gathering is that I am good in what I am consuming and could actually shoot to consume more. Thank you.

Calories are a little low. How far into the cut are you? Is this just a general cut or are you prepping for a show or anything like that?
For the BCAAs, yes what you consume now is perfectly fine. BCAAs have an anti-catabolic effect which is why they are crucial on a cut. You are eating less and doing more cardio, putting your body at high risk for muscle loss. Upping the BCAAs on a cut is perfectly fine.
