Nevermind the stats, I've gained a $hit ton of fat from being fat and lazy for a year and have been going all natty for a while and lost 20lbs but recently hit a plateau so I'm ready to supplement. I was just wondering which is a better product for a good cut program?, The woman at GNC told me the Ripped Vitapak was better and more potent but she could just be saying that cause they make commission, who knows?

Damn that sounds like a different language to me haha. I was just planning on popping some pill packs, eating clean, and training hard as f&*k in the gym and the pool. As far as I know the GNC product doesn't have the thyroid complex does it?Originally Posted by Valhallabound86

Go to the nutrition section and read up about BMR. Eating clean doesn't matter as long as your calories and protein requirements are met.
