Estrogen in Milk

I know this has been discussed already, but I really am looking for a simple straight answer.

How does milk affect our estrogen levels? Is it significant? Because Ive heard the estrogen in on a Liter of milk was just like a drop in the ocean of our natural daily estrogen production, but also heard the opposite.

I am not afraid of hormones in food or anything like that I just need to know.
