Hello,
Need some advice please.
So I'm a runner and I hurt my foot, now I'm trying to stay off it and I replaced my running with cycle until I am healed.
I hit the spin bike hard on Sunday prior to my weight training and because it was outside of my normal routine, my hams are very sore(which it great!). Also on Sunday I worked shoulders, back and a little but of triceps. This morning I focused on chest, bies, abs and a lil bit more triceps.
I want to do legs tomorrow but I'm rather sore, should I do them anyway? I really want to train legs, its my favorite, but I don't want to work against my goals.
Goals - drop about 10 more pounds and keep putting on muscle.
Thanks in advance!

For the sake of your foot....take a day off.
If you were not injured, training legs wouldn't be terrible if you were sore.
Women produce much more HGH than guys (usually in the first 4 hours of a good sleep cycle) and can usually repeat workouts more frequently than a guy."Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret."
Training regularly but no progress?
You need one or more of these: more food, more weight, more reps or more rest.
