    Cutting routine?

Been cutting for 7 weeks now, went from 181 lbs (Around 20 bf) to 168 lbs (Around 15 bf), but i start feeling so small, my chest starting to look flat, im 4 weeks into kris gethin 12 week program, but don't see any good progress, don't think i have enough mass, should i keep on doing kris gethin 12 week program?

Im 16, never done SS, my goal is to gain size.

Any ideas on what program i should use?

    I like 4 days splits.

choose a program that fits your goals

you would've been better off doing that to begin with

All Pro's Simple Beginner Program might be the one you want
    Goals:

    1.5 bw Bench
    2.0+ bw Squat
    2.5 bw Deadlift
    Gain 20 lbs

What about one of this, beside kris gethin 12 week program.

    List:
    Julien Greaux 365 Circuit Trainer

    Lee Labradas LeanBody Trainer

12 Week Cutting The Fat Program

a good "cutting routine" would be the one you are currently doing, maybe less volume (drop 1-2 sets) but same intensity and eating at a deficit. make sure your protein intake is HIGH

there is no problem going to SS or all pros or any other beginner program, keep it simple, get your diet in check, just get out there and do it.
