not too long...she fooled around with weights on and off for a few years but only got into a serious "bodybuilding" type routine since meeting me about 1.5 years ago..she was a sprinter all her life and even represented Canada abroad in various international meets. yes I agree...even though its frustrating for us natty guys seeing how slow the gains come it must be double frustrating for the females...she is a trooper though and always willing to try new training routines and even experiments with I.F. which is really hard for her since she is a cop on rotating shifts....she is a beast in the gym and gets many stares from the men and women for some of her lifts.
lol if the glutes ever get "shredded" I will gladly post pics for you..lol ;-)
