    I wouldn't worry about it brah. Lift weight that is heavy relative to you. If you're pressing 40's for 8-10 reps and you're tired at then the end of those reps then you're golden. People get caught up in the arrogant weight game. People assume heavy weight = big muscles. It doesn't work like that.

    Lift weights that you can lift 8-12 reps and feel fatigued at the end.
