    what is a good body fat percentage for me to be at and how do i get there?

    im 5/9 weigh i have large body frame i weigh 240 lbs 27% body and body fat mass 65lbs i dont want to be super ripped starting out i want to be lean with a little muscle nothing to crazy i actually i have a ok muscle but you cant see cause its under my fat how do i lower my body fat so i have a lean body thank you and i apreciate your advice

    Tbh, If you really had 175 lbs of lean mass at 5'9 you'd be huge. You're probably a lot higher bf than you think. Construct a proper diet and training routine from the stickies and focus on consistent weight loss till you're happy with how you look in the mirror.

    at 220 i was probably 38-40% BF

    start heavy lifting now, and cut at around 2100-2300 cals while eating close to 150g protein, youll lose 2lbs a week guaranteed

    just realize the sooner you start, the sooner youll start transforming. Heres a link to my cutting guide, I think it should help you just fine
