To be honest - I was one of 150 people MuscleTech sent this product to as part of their new release promo with no obligation to log or review or anything. That's such a nice gesture, the least I can do is log this product during phase 2 of my summer cut. My co-worker is a big Muscletech junkie and was trying like hell to find a local place selling this new product with no luck, so I gave him a small handfull out of my bottle to tide him over. I don't mind spreading the wealth. I only have 61 caps left in this bottle but I will buy a 2nd bottle to last the duration of this log out of my own pocket.
I just completed a month long AEN APE log (here) about a week ago, and prior to that I completed a month long AppNut Fat Free log (here) so I am a little burned out after 2 consecutive month long logs, but I love the idea of being accountable during a weight loss log so this seems like the best thing for me right now. I find that I work harder if I know I must show proof of my work. In this case, "proof" will be pictures of the scale as I progress.
I dipped down to an all-time low of 193.5 last week, had a couple days of pizza & beer indulgence and picked up 4.5 pounds in a week's time so I'm ready to get down to business. My goal weight will be 188.
Dosing will be 2 HC Elite upon waking, and 2 around 2pm.
Things to look for in this log:
- I will post a picture of my actual scale weight on day #1, day #10, day #20, and day #30 as proof of the product effectiveness.
- I already know I will have 2 cheat days. Day #6 I will have a cheat meal of pizza & beers during the UFC fight. Day #13 I am going out of town on a winery tour for my anniversary and will have plenty of drinks and steak dinner.
- I log what I eat and my total calories, protein, carbs, and fats for each day + workout notes.
- My ideal cutting macros are roughly 1800-1950 calories a day, some days more, some days less.

Not too shabby, huh? I actually lost 3 pounds last month during my APE log but was eating slightly more than usual. Given my last 4 days of decadence, I would say I'm doing alright.

Are you doing the two in the morning, two at lunch? I noticed, which i have not said in my log yet, the runny nose. I get runny noses, not bloody, just runny and wet about 30 minutes in. Yesterday I took the two in the morning and evening and got the WTF feeling in the evening. This morning I took another two doses (which was about 12 hours from my last two doses) and feeling the same way I did last night. Real clammy, very anxious, kind of short on breath feel like i need to walk but better not run, very edgy high energy...might take my dosage to half (one in morning and one at lunch). Definitly got that cold feeling!

Sorry must have missed it. Was looking in the daily logs. I am thinking I may have some alergies but not sure why it is starting now as it was worse a few weeks ago compared to now. But it does seem like it has been enhanced. Also do you notice when you are working out, before you got sick, that you ears felt like they needed to pop while working out?
