    Too Much Caffeine?? Super HD Question

    I am currently taking Cellucor Super HD in the morning on empty stomach (160mg of caffeine Anhydrous, then White Flood ( One Scoop) pre workout usually around 3 sometime. I was wondering if it'd be too much caffeine if I started to take the Super HD twice a day ( 1 morning, 1 afternoon) and how/when would I take the second Super HD pill since my pwo has caffiene aswell. I dont consume caffiene any other way at the moment. Thanks!

    If you wanted to do 2 pills a day of SuperHD, i would recommend cutting out the White Flood until you get used to all of the stims, and then add it back in where u see fit.

    If you're going to take Super HD, couldn't you just replace White Flood with a non-stim like Hemavol? You'd already have the focus, plus now you'd get the pump.

    SuperHD doesn't hold you back on the pumps (not a vasoconstrictor) like many other fat burners. If you can get good pumps without a pump product then you don't necessarily need to spend the extra money for one.

    alright thanks. my main concern is would I be taking in too much caffeine daily? Since two Super HD's is 320mg of caffeine, then one scoop of white flood maybe around 200mg (cant find exactly how much). Would this be harmful to my self taking in an estimated 500mg+?

    I know this is an old post but I came across it after searching Super HD caffeine. It's good to know they are around 160/mg per cap. I took two today from a sample I received and am quite impressed. It came with 3 CLK pills. Stacking these two has provided me with smooth non-stressful energy today. I'm surprised because last time I took Super HD it didn't do much for me. With the CLK I haven't had much hunger after my Clif Bar and I've had solid energy throughout my work day.

    As for the OP, I'd say you'd be fine with anywhere from 300-600/mg caffeine a day. It depends on how sensistive you are. I plan on taking some White Flood Reborn tonight after work since it's been over 8hrs since I took Super HD. Should be a good workout!

    Yeah it definitely relies on your caffeine tolerance and how much caffeine you consume in your diet. You would be ok with Super HD in the morning, pre workout, then Super HD after, unless you can't handle a lot or drink coffee, soda, or etc. on the side. It's trial and error with this kinds of stuff, try it and see how you feel.

    This. Plus keep in mind many pwo are maxing out at 400mg of caffeine. It really all depends on what you want.

    If you read the label we suggest 2 doses not 3. I like the 3 year bump BTW

    I would say go for it, and then if you start getting any known side effects from all the stims, just cut it back. Simple as that!
