Here is me, today, fasted stomach and no pump.
Looks like **** to be honest.
I weigh like 145 pounds on 5,8 feet. (Im currently cutting)
When Im pumped up it looks okay, since my lats are wider. But now it doesn't look good at all.
1. What do you guys think?
2. How much more do I have to drop? (=want to get rid of that hip-fat and get some abs showing)
3. Any idea of how it might look at the end? Will I look like a skeleton?

I think you're being pretty harsh on yourself man, you're not lookin nearly as bad as you say you are. you got a decent amount of muscle and once you cut down a little more I think you'll start looking pretty ripped. not sure how much but im thinkin get down to around 140 and then clean bulk. Good luck man

I am a ifpa/nga pro..., and I too have wide hips. lol, sounds funny, makes it sound like we are in some type of rehab group or something. But I have realized, in my recent pics, it's a little harder to notice than in the past because of my side delts and quad sweep have come out more. If you can accentuate your v taper and quad sweep, it minimized your hip structure, and that is key.

same here.. when bulking and if put a little some fat, it makes my waist bigger, lats smaller.. with low bf it looks ok to me. Need to build more muscles on delts, lats and quads to make wide waist smaller.. and keep bf low..

Hello fellow wide hip-bone guys XD. I have since growing up found out that this is a very rare phenomenon amongst males, so it's really fun to see other peoples discussing this. I will ofcourse show my body as well, those pictures are all taken in 2013 when I was most physically active. Today I have a bit more waist fat but still around the same muscle mass, so I post these pictures of what I consider to me my most leanest/muscular peak where my hip-bones clearly shows as opposed to when I bulk and gain waist fat.

Terrible genetics
I really have ****ty genetics for everything , gain fat really easy , burn it really hard , asymmetry in pecs and arms. Really WIDE Hips , small legs . I'm young and just a beginner but it really demotivates me. I'M 6'3 , just turned 15 and i weigh 160 pounds or so , haven't weighed myself in half a year. Anyone got any tips on what muscles to enforce when i workout to make this less visible for me?

Please look at my avatar. Do I have wide hips too? Want that sides to be gone but I think it has muscle already cause of side bends. But I stopped side bends for years and my only oblique workout is cable chops and weighted russian twist. Any suggestions? PS. I’m working on my lats and shoulders more.

Man, tell me about it. I have wide hips and every f@cking burger i eat lives on them. Though I'm finding tying in tabata HIIT training twice a week into my workouts is really making a difference. That and fasted cardio when I can.
Shoulders, Chest, Arms and Back. Build your trunk to create the V on top.
