I've recently started doing morning cardio in aid to lose fat quickly, however I just need clearing up about when and what to eat after cardio to maximise fat loss. Also, wondering how long to leave it till I eat after I have done my morning cardio.
Also, if you could help me by not telling to me to eat protein, fats and carb', however if you could tell me specific foods to eat at the best times of day for the best results etc.
