    Thumbs up My workout routine?

    I hear ton of things about how many times to work out a week etc. i'm training to join the college football team soon. this is my workout schedule.
    Lower body - Weights
    Upper body - Weights
    Full body cardio - Tabata running/swimming
    Rest.

    In that cycle.
    I won't be over working my muscles or anything like that right?

    Any reason why your doing a Upper/Lower as opposed to SS?

    Good job for picking a good routine. Upper / lowers (or any higher frequency routine for that matter) are great.

    What do your exercises look like during both days?

    It's a routine called Starting Strength.

    As long as you're doing a routine that hits muscles multiple times per week, it doesn't matter. Provided your exercise selection is right.

    For Upper -bench, incline, upper Axilary, core training.
    and Lower - Squat, deads, lower axilary, Stretches/Jump training
