    Is this a good stack for muscle building?

    Whey - Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Isolate
    Casein - Dymatize Elite Casein
    Multi - Optimum Opti-Men
    Fishoil - Optimum Fish Oil Softgels
    Creatine - Optimum Micronized Creatine Powder
    Post Workout Carbs - NOW Dextrose

    Now is that good enough, should i change something, better products for any category, add anything?

    Supplements aren't miracle products. Building muscle take a lot of time and fooling around. My suggestion is to get your routine in order as well as your diet. Go to the workout and nutrition section and get help. If you stuggle to get enough protein in your diet buy some whey protein. The multi and fishoil are good for overall health so they would be beneficial. Creatine couldnt hurt either as long as your over 18.

    Get your diet and routine figured out, worry about supplements later. Supplements are used to supplement your diet.

    Not bad, I personally think the casein isn't needed though. That and try to hit as many of your macros as possible w/ real food. Hope this helps

    Whey and casein are fine

    Replace everything else with the following...

    Multi-CL orange triad
    Fish oil- CL oximega
    Creatine-CL green bulge or green magnitude

    Throw away the post workout carbs....completely useless
