Sitting at about 172 weight wise. Goal is to get to 7 percent bodyfat by labor day. Started taking some creatine while I am cutting which havent tried that before. Havent taken creatine in years.

Yea I used it years ago but it always made me hold alot of water. Never tried it during a cut though. Need a little boost and recovery help.

Did you bulk and cut to get where you are or have you lean bulked all the way?

Im sure the creatine will just make you look smooth and your weight will fluctuate a lot more with water retention. Wouldnt you rather see whats happening rather than rely on the scales? Not saying the creatine wont help.

Yea I agree, need to not worry about the scale which I normally dont...... So far I really havent gained anything off the creatine but its helping maintain my strength and recovery. Really no water bloat thus far.

Thanks I have bulked and cut many times. I been lifting on and off for almost ten years. I been as high as 235 but carried alot of fat but still lifted heavy and hit the weights hard but didnt worry about diet very much. I am older now and done with the whole concept of bulking and cutting. I just wanna put a little bit of lean mass on here and there slowly and be healthy.

Some great cuts and toned in a nice way. I have seen some guys do very well like you are now - it was just in how they posed and presented themselves. You have at least a desire to do it so again, step on stage!
