    pretty excited to make these.. well, not sure what i could have done wrong but they came out horrible. the mix itself spelt great so had high expectations.
    did recipe 2.
    tasted just like the unsweetened hersey cocoa that was used. and that stuff is pretty nasty when eaten raw. also had a very shiny top texture looked more like fudge.

    Unsure if this will get seen, but why 1 cup stevia and Splenda? Can you replace these two with liquid stevia? or are they necessary in order to get the shape?
