Whats a good brand of grilled chicken and substitute for broccoli?

Hey guys, I love grilled chicken but I don't know what brand / how to cook it at home to make it taste like i'm eating out. I'm starting a very strict diet next week and will need to prepare my food a week in advance.

I'm looking for some insight on what brand of grilled chicken to buy and how to cook it where I can cut it up and toss it in a Tupperware.

Also, I see many diet programs emphasize broccoli but I really hate it. Are there any alternatives?

Lastly, I'm quite a picky eater so my food will be pretty much chicken and turkey. Will this handicap my goals of cutting?(many meal plans have a variety of protein such as fish, tenderloin, tilapia, etc)

    Any advice is appreciated

    Thanks,
    -Joe

In addition to brocolli I eat:

    Spinach
    Peas
    Green Beans
    Different types of legumes/ beans

As for chicken: Just find some chicken breasts and cook them. Get a George Foreman or something and it's easy as pie.

And no, chicken and turkey are bomb. I do love red meat though.
