    Brown Bread vs. Sweet Potato

What's a better source of carbs (I'm bulking atm, if it helps)
Brown bread or steamed sweet potato?
Typical Analysis Per 100g Per Slice
    Energy 1081 kJ 256 kcal 476 kJ 112 kcal
    Protein 10.3g 4.5g
    Carbohydrate of which sugars 46.4g 3.4g 20.4g 1.5g
    Fat of which saturates 2.4g 0.7g 1.0g 0.3g
    Fibre 3.7g 1.6g
    Sodium equivalent as salt 0.41g 1.05g 0.18g 0.46g

And what kind of foods do you like to eat as a good source of carbs? (by good I mean in all ways: macros, taste, how much you can eat before you get tired of it...)

No one source is generically better than the other. It comes down to which do you prefer and which fits in your diet the best. Do they both fit into your macronutrient requirements for the day? And does one fill in any micronutrient deficiencies in your diet that the other can't? That's what it comes down to.

As far as the actual carbs in each source. They're all still 4 calories per gram, and they're all getting broken down into glucose eventually. Neither one is inherently better for you than the other from a pure caloric standpoint.
Like success, failure is many things to many people. With a positive mental attitude, failure is a learning experience, a rung on the ladder, a plateau at which to get your thoughts in order and prepare to try again. - W. Clement Stone
