GNC Vitapak questions?

I am taking GNC Mega Men® Extreme Athlete Vitapaks I would like to cycle on and off these how should I do that or should I just stay on them for a certain amount of time?

I cant post a link has anyone took these before and know if it is worth the price and how to use them to my best advantage?

You need to take a good multi so I would quit taking that over-priced(70 bucks for a 30 day supply) multi from gnc and get something like Controlled labs Orange Triad. (45day supply for 30 bucks)

There are others here on bb.com that are excellent also like Opti-Men, AnimalPak, Armor-V, NOW Adam, and Gaspari Anavite, just to name a few.

And I would stay on them personally because they are supplementing vitamins that you might not be getting from your meals, in addition to added vitamins and nutrients not normally found in an ordinary diet.
