This is the one I am eating, basically I want to lose weight so I can get a six pack. I eat like half of this bar before working out and half after, but this bar has a bunch of carbs. Should I eat this instead of a meal or not eat it at all?
The bar I am eating right now is called "power bar triple threat energy" the forum doesn't let me link its site but you can Google and find it, its the layered bar.

You'd be better off with a Snicker's bar. 10g protein for 225 cal is not macro-friendly on a cut.
If you are convinced you need carbs for energy before a workout (this is generally nonsense), eat an apple.
If you want to supplement protein because you are having trouble meeting your macro target and staying under calories, use whey protein shakes in skim milk, or almond milk. You can add in things like PB, yogurt, berries, bananas, etc to help tweak macros, so it's convenient that way.
But if you plan it carefully, you should be able to get all the protein you need from chicken, ham, tuna, beef, etc.

My shorthair loves eating peanut butter powerbars when we go hunting and he's lean as could be.
Ditch your meal plan and develop a diet that combines sound nutrition with the foods you enjoy by eating when you see fit in the portions that allow you to achieve your macronutrient and caloric needs while providing sufficient micronutrients, energy and satiety. One can never forget that nutrition is a tool, not a restraint; the enjoyment of life should always come first. Psychological, sociological and emotional health should never be threatened by the attempt to increase physiological health.
