This is my second time taking the product, and I'm very pleased with the results. I was wondering about the creatine nitrate contained inside it.
My question: If I work out 4 times a week, should I take another creatine on my offdays? I currently have GNC's Amplified Creatine 189.

You can pick up some creatine monohydrate to make sure you get the 3-5 grams daily. Allmax makes a good one for $20

As long as you're only taking 1 serving it would be wise to supplement with additional creatine, as one serving contains 1g of creatine.
