    how much cardio?

    hi im cutting atm so i want to know how much cardio i should do.

    right now im doing cardio when I'm above 2000 calories

    maintenance 2500

    i find cardio helpful.. i do 20 minute cardio session after my weights

    I only do cardio when I'm cutting.

    I like to do LIGHT cardio every day. I walk on the treadmil for 20-30 minutes. I usually can get 1.25 miles. It's fun to do with a music player in your hands.

    ONLY reason I do cardio is because of the thermogenic effects yohimbine hcl has while fasted. Other than that unless you're doing it for health reasons and not body composition the changes can be made through your diet.

    but does it make sense that if im going for 2000 calories but I eat 2200 to burn off 200 calories with cardio?

    You should really do cardio x3 times a week. If you want to stay lean and build up a good metabolism.
